‘The Triangle’: A new focus of shopping and activity in Woolwich

Woolwich town centre is about to be transformed with the development of the ‘Woolwich Triangle’. New shops, new homes, restaurants, cafes and a hotel are just part of the proposals for the regeneration of this area.
This new development will provide a natural extension to the existing town centre, incorporating new public spaces and residential accommodation provided by Wilson Bowden City Homes.

A c.100 bedroom hotel and a multi storey car park have been incorporated in to the design, in addition c. 300,000 sq ft of retail space intended for a mixture of small and medium sized operators.

Retail units for restaurants and cafes are available of between 1,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft.

A change is planned for Woolwich over the next 10 years with major new transport links making the town even more accessible and over 22,500 new homes at various locations will have been built enhancing the community.

The ‘Triangle’ redevelopment is at the heart of this change.
