Woolwich is an aspiring retail destination located to the south east of London.
A vast programme of redevelopment is currently underway in the town. At the hub of this is the extension of the Docklands Light Railway station, providing direct access to Canary Wharf and the City of London (Opening 2009).
Woolwich is not a congestion charge area and therefore is easily accessible by car from road links that meet directly with the M11 motorway.
