Regent Court is a major mixed-use project of retail, leisure and residential use situated in the heart of one of the UK’s most elegant spa towns. It is a unique yet complementary scheme that sympathetically integrates within the existing town centre.
Regent Court is a newly designed pedestrianised street which links Regent Street and the parade with Royal Priors in the centre of Royal Leamington Spa. This development has already attracted some of the most prestigious tenants including; Jaeger, Austin Reed, Lombok and Strada.
The centrepiece of the development is the Grade II* listed Regent Hotel which dates back to 1819. The hotel was refurbished as part of the development.
Regent Court provides 50,000 sq ft of flexible new retail floor space and 134 residential apartments built by Wilson Bowden City Homes.
