Omega Park is a newly appointed site that is set to be transformed into a development of industrial and warehouse accommodation.
A speculative programme of development comprising 83,000 sq ft, will commence in June 2008 providing accommodation from 3,000 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft that will be ready for occupation in December 2008. The remaining 109,500 sq ft available for design and build opportunities.
