Old meets new to transform retail and leisure in Oldham
A new central retail and leisure destination will be created in Oldham with the redevelopment of the disused Old Town Hall.
120,000 sq ft of space will be created for retail and leisure use through the redevelopment of the Old Town Hall and the construction of a new building on the site of the adjacent bus station. An overhead canopy will link the two buildings together to integrate the whole shopping experience.
A multi-screen cinema and restaurant units will enhance the leisure facilities within the development, while a range of units for small, medium and large sized retail operators are available to let.
A new public square will be created at the rear of the development allowing outside dining opportunities to be incorporated in to the design.
