
A ‘Double Deal’ for Interlink Park
Two major national companies are the latest to be take occupation at Wilson Bowden Developments Interlink Business Park in Bardon Leicestershire.
The two units totalling circa 93,000 sq ft were let to national heating and plumbing distributor ‘Wolseley’ and locally originated multinational ‘Terex Pegson’ whose operations include the manufacture of stone crushing equipment.
The deal with Wolseley was conducted in record time, taking only 3 weeks from negotiations to completion of contracts, Wolseley have already taken occupation and are trading from the 19,114 sq ft unit. The deal was agreed at £5.75 per sq ft and signed on a 10 year lease with a 5 year break option.
Terex Pegson has already commenced fit out of their unit (one of the largest units on the business park), in anticipation of occupation early 2009. Terms agreed include a 15 year lease with a 5 year break option and 3 months rent free.
