Wilson Bowden Developments Signs Record Land Deal at Solihull
Wilson Bowden Developments have scooped a record land deal in Solihull on their prestigious Solihull Business Park.
The Midlands based developer secured £3.4 million for approx 2 acres on the business park from Nick Whale Holdings Ltd.
Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, Development Director for Wilson Bowden Developments said;
“Solihull Business Park is a jewel in the crown for Wilson Bowden Developments, Nick Whale Holdings intend to use the land for a Porsche dealership, and such a premium car marque showroom certainly compliments the profile of existing occupiers”.
Planning consent has already been received for a car showroom, construction will commence at the end of the year with completion anticipated June 2009.
