Sell out for Wilson Bowden Developments at Willow Farm Business Park
The final industrial business unit at Willow Farm, Wilson Bowden Developments 50 acre Business Park in Castle Donington has now completed.
The final unit of 18,810 sq ft has been leased to Venture Lighting, who are currently represented in an adjoining unit at Willow Farm.
The deal with Venture lighting was secured at a value of £5.50 psf on a co-terminus basis with their existing lease.
