This major redevelopment of Macclesfield town centre will significantly enhance the retail and leisure offering within the town.
The development is an extension of the existing town centre creating 500,000 sq ft of available space for retail, restaurants or cafe use.
The centrepieces of the scheme are; an 80,000 sq ft Debenhams department store and a 30,000 sq ft 8 screen multiplex cinema.
Multi-storey car park comprising circa 1,200 spaces.
A new town square and public spaces are key features of the development and residential accommodation will be provided by Wilson Bowden City Homes.
The redevelopment of Macclesfield Town Centre is a partnership with Macclesfield Borough Council.
