Macclesfield Borough Council selected Wilson Bowden Developments as preferred development partners in September 2005.
A planning application is likely to be submitted during the Autumn of 2008, assuming a timely approval, construction is expected to start on site in the Summer of 2010.

December 2007 Development Agreement signed with Macclesfield Borough Council
Autumn 2008 Planning Application to be submitted
Summer 2010 Anticipated start on site
Summer 2013 Targeted development completion
