Land Requirements

Our land search continues…

We are constantly looking for new development opportunities throughout the UK.

With the breadth of skills within the company almost any type of opportunity can be considered including, for example, bare land without planning, sites with planning and ready for development, and existing developments that need managing and/or redevelopment.

We can accommodate short, medium or long term development opportunities and will buy standing investments and strategic sites in order to facilitate larger or more complex projects, equally there are no upper limits on size or monetary value of the projects we consider.

Site Requirements;

  • In strategic locations with good access to road links/motorway networks
  • Have good access via public transport
  • Ideally located on edge of town locations, or on business and industrial parks
  • Close to major road links/motorway networks (Industrial & warehousing developments specifically)

We are happy to consider a variety of joint venture arrangements. These may be in circumstances where the partner puts in the land or whereby both parties have equity participation. We have considerable experience of working with joint venture partners.
