Located in the centre of Wrexham this new open mall shopping centre provides a natural extension to the existing town centre. The development was designed around a series of dynamic, new, urban spaces, and is fully integrated within the existing network of streets and squares.
Eagles Meadow has been designed as a truly mixed-use development incorporating retail, leisure & residential uses. Anchoring the shopping centre are Debenhams with a 90,000 sq ft department store and Marks & Spencer’s with a 55,000 sq ft store (both stores are located on two levels).
A 30,000 sq ft Next, an 18,000 sq ft H&M store and a 9,000 sq ft River Island are also present in the scheme.
Odeon with an 8 screen multiplex (opening Easter 2009) and Tenpin with a 24 lane bowl, anchor the leisure element within the development. A selection of bar and restaurant units are also available.
There are 40 other units incorporated in the development some of which are already under offer to recognised high street retailers.
Retailers and visitors alike can benefit from the 970 car parking spaces available accessed directly with ease from the new inner ring road.
