This 22 acre site is the former home of Demaglass and sits alongside the Chesterfield ring road. The site was identified within the Chesterfield Borough Council Local Plan and the A61 Planning Brief for a range of uses including a new stadium for Chesterfield Football Club.
A development partnership to regenerate the site has been formed between Wilson Bowden Developments, Chesterfield Football Club and Tesco.
