Our in-house construction team build solely for us and ensure high standards of Health & Safety and quality in construction activities. They are fully versed in providing best value and dealing with the sensitivities of detailed programming and phasing.

Our comprehensive procurement resources enable us to achieve best value and effectiveness across all our developments.

Using our construction and procurement management resources we are able to provide detailed advice and co-ordination during the design development period, and can implement flexible construction programmes to suit the development process.

We have an extensive national supply chain whose experience we can draw upon to ensure first class delivery of our development solutions.

We have established links with main external contractors through which we can procure building contracts. We use a limited number of such contractors operating nationwide to accommodate our specific location of development. Our contractors understand our requirements as we strive to ensure they all have a detailed understanding of each scheme.

We apply the same diligence to the procurement of infrastructure projects; operating an approved list of civil engineering contractors to deliver such projects. These are managed internally using in-house project managers.

Through our involvement in a number of joint venture development opportunities we have experience of OJEU procedures on a number of projects.

We adopt a proactive approach to the selection process of contractors and have past experience of OJEU procedures which ensures that our partners / stakeholders are not compromised in the selection process.
