Castlewood Business Park is a 115 acre site in Nottingham earmarked for office, industrial and distribution use comprising 2 million sq ft of space.
The site, located at Junction 28 of the M1, will provide units up to 750,000 sq ft.
The first phase of speculative units will create 85,000 sq ft of space and will be available in summer 2008, with a full programme of speculative development continuing thereafter.
