Development Progress
A development agreement with Vale Royal Borough Council and Northwich Vision was reached in 2006 to regenerate the 25 acre Barons Quay site in Northwich town centre.
2006 Following the selection of Wilson Bowden Developments as the preferred development partners by Vale Royal Borough Council and Northwich Vision, terms agreed with a department store operator to anchor the development with an 80,000 sq ft store.
2008 Development agreement signed.
2008 Planning application to be submitted.
