Transforming Northwich with a retail, leisure and residential development
Northwich has a programme of vast redevelopment in place with ‘Barons Quay’ at the forefront of this programme.
The 500,000 sq ft Barons Quay area will be transformed with a mixture of retail, leisure and residential development.
An 80,000 sq ft department store, a 90,000 sq ft foodstore, a multi-screen cinema and 40 new retail units and restaurant space are incorporated in to the plans.
The development of Barons Quay will enhance the town centre, strategically linking with the existing high street at various key locations.
The development will open up the historic River Weaver frontage and will link in to the existing Leicester Street pitch with a new retail street, thus serving to establish a circuit linking in Witton Street to the east end of the town.
